What kind of person runs the air conditioning when it is raining outside?

Seriously, if anyone has any tips for how not to freeze to death in the office, please let me know. I am currently wearing a sweater, a jacket, and an overcoat. I am also drinking tea. I am cold. There are crazy middle-aged women running around the office in tank tops. I think they have control over the thermostat.
